2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the product has been delivered, downloaded or accessed. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations after delivery has been completed.

3. Exceptions

Refund requests will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe Payments and may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent claims or abuse of the dispute process are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action in accordance with Stripe Payments policies.
